Observation

In the back bedroom there was a belt seen in the bassinet, screws in the pack n play as well as other choking hazards which licensor removed. A wire was seen in the large yard under the stairs. Plastic bags used to store napping equipment in was seen bundled up next to or within reach of children. A bassinet is placed under a window in the back room. The light swith in the hall, outside the bathroom is broken creating a gap and sharp edges which were partially covered with tape. The paint on the picnic table (outside) was chipping. The bench (outside) cusion was torn. The dresser in the back room and the shelving unit in the covered outdoor play area are not secured to the wall. The material running the length of the covered area between the 2 gates was loose and lifted at a corner creating a tripping hazard. Several flourescant bulbs are used throughout the licensed space, inside and outside. The bulbs are not covered. The set of stairs in the large yard were intended to be blocked by a loose aparatus of framed lattice, not secured, but propped. (Spouse was currently working on a project while the children were napping, so the stairs were open, not blocked) The outlet near the toilet is not TR, but is GFCI. An extension cord was seen plugged in and in use outside for the accent lights.
